If you signed up for live training but can no longer attend, you can reschedule for a date and time listed on our live training calendar. Rescheduling doesn’t charge you again and doesn’t incur an additional fee.
- Log in to the Academy.
- Navigate to your dashboard.
- Within the Activity section, click the Events tab.
- Click Reschedule next to the desired event.
Note: If you don’t see the Reschedule option, please contact support. Let us know the training you want to reschedule and when you’d like to attend. Please view our live training calendar for a list of upcoming dates.
