Request universal credits that your users can redeem to access more content in the Academy.
- Log in to the Academy and navigate to the Management panel.
- Click Settings > Training Credits.
- Click Active Accounts.
- On the row with your account, click the Actions icon (the three dots) and select Request Credits.
- In the Credit Amount field, enter the number of credits you want to purchase, and then click Request.
A pop-up confirms that your request for additional credits has been processed. This will notify your account manager, who will follow up with you to complete the purchase.
