As a Credit Manager, you can navigate the Academy as a learner to view our training material and enroll in courses.
Note: If you don’t see the Switch to Learner button as shown below, please contact support so we can create a learner profile for you. This will allow you to switch between the Credit Manager and learner roles.
- Log in to the Academy and navigate to the Management panel.
- Click your email address at the bottom-left of the screen and select Switch to Learner.
- This loads the default view that learners see upon logging in. To switch back to the Credit Manager view, click Return to Management in the banner at the top of the screen.
