By default, each organization is assigned one Credit Manager. This person was chosen if they assign Chainalysis licenses within your organization (determined during your onboarding process with Chainalysis).
To make changes to your list of Credit Managers, please contact support and include the changes you want to make. Please include the following information:
- The user’s name
- The user’s title/role
- The user’s email address
